The short version

We collect what is needed to answer you and to activate a subscription, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we delete it when you ask us to.

What you give us

When you use one of the three forms on this site, you send us:

• Order form: your name, email address, the countries you watch, your app and device, whether you want adult content, the plan you chose, and — for a renewal — the username of the line being renewed. A MAG box also needs its MAC address, because that is how the box is activated.
• Free trial form: the same details minus the plan, the line type and the username.
• Contact form: your name, email address, country, subject and message.

Nothing on this website asks for a card number, a bank detail or a government identifier, and you should never send one through a form here.

What your browser tells us

With each submission we record technical context that helps us fight fraud and troubleshoot: the IP address the request arrived from, your browser and operating system as reported in the user-agent string, the general device type, the page you submitted from, the referring page, your browser’s language and time zone, and a timestamp.

We also run a network classification on the submitting IP address using public data, which returns a VPN/proxy indication. It is probabilistic — a signal, not proof — and a false positive on a mobile or corporate connection is normal. We do not use it to refuse service on its own, and we make no attempt to see through a VPN or to identify you personally from it.

We do not run behavioural fingerprinting, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. Our live-chat provider sets its own cookies when the widget loads, so that a conversation survives a page change; that is governed by the provider’s own privacy policy.

Why we are allowed to hold it

• To perform a contract: we cannot activate a line without your email, country, device and app.
• Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraudulent and automated submissions, and answering support requests.
• Consent: where you have volunteered something extra, such as notes on the form.

Who sees it

Your submission is delivered by email to our own internal team inbox and a copy of your own details is emailed back to you. Beyond our email provider and our hosting provider, both acting on our instructions, nobody else receives it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data under any circumstances.

How long we keep it

• Support and contact messages: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Order and trial records: for the life of the subscription and up to 24 months afterwards, so that renewals and disputes can be checked.
• Technical context attached to a submission: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it at all. Email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com from the address you used with us and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Children

This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and credentials for our email transport are held as server-side environment variables that are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected customers promptly if that ever changes.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use StreamKing IPTV after a change means you accept the updated policy.
